Dreams - Clydebank

We were greeted upon entering the store by a very friendly staff member. She was confident despite only working there for a few weeks. She took time to understand our preferences and advised us on a range of products. She made specific effort to entertain our 11 month baby whilst we tested the mattresses which we found to be a nice personal touch. She was clear when explaining finance option and delivery plans. We had a fantastic experience

The manager at Clydebank Dreams (Mark) was very helpful, polite, patient and very knowledgeable. He provided us with various options explaining the differences between them. What I liked especially is that we did not feel rushed he provided us with time and tried to make sure we felt comfortable at the store (i.e. offering us beverages). I feel that we made a well informed decision and I have no doubt we will be happy with our purchase from night one as soon as it arrives.

The assistant was very helpful going through the payment options. He was polite and friendly and at no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He explained some of the manufacturing process to give us an idea of the wait for delivery. He offered us drinks, gave us an overview of how long the order process would take, and encouraged us to try mattresses at the end, even though we were not purchasing one at that point (I was happy with our existing mattress. The store was spotlessly clean. Overall a very favourable visit and impression of the company.

Staff were friendly & helpful but not pushy

The assistant Mark was excellent, did not follow us around which happens in most stores, introduced himself, said he was available for any information we may need then left us to browse in peace. Once we had found what we were looking for we asked for more information which he supplied in a helpful and friendly manner.
