We were highly satisfied with your assistant Rachel,offered us a refreshment,was' t the least bit pushy in fact very helpful indeed, allowed us to take our time answered any guestions we had,nothing was too much trouble for her. Very please indeed.

Wasnt jumped on as soon as we entered store. Guy who helped us was very helpful.. n was very accomadating. Was no presure either... Great will be back again!

The staff member we dealt with was friendly, he was not at all pushy or in-your-face, but was there offering advice and information. He was knowledgeable about the products and the difference between the bed types and styles.

My wife and I entered the store and after a few moments we were greeted to the store. We had a look around with the staff member named Mark who was a very good mix of friendly, professional and understanding of our needs. We spoke about what we were looking for and he showed us the difference between the different products in detail so we could make the correct choice. He was very patient and after deciding on what we wanted we spoke about prices and delivery. We felt under no pressure to complete the sale which I liked as we had been to a few other shops and the staff were either overbearing or not interested. We spoke about the different finance offers available and he made it really easy to understand as my knowledge in this field is very limited. On more than one occasion we were also offered a drink which I thought was a nice touch. Throughout the whole process we felt like the staff took very good care of us and although we seen products in other stores that we perhaps prefered prior to visiting Dreams, the customer service we received ensured we bought our bed from the store.

The assistant was very helpful and Gerry knew 'his stuff' about beds. No forced or hard selling and allowed time to make up our minds.
