the sales rep (Amy) was a very good, professional and competent at her job. handled the sale very well, not too pushy but yet to the point and effective. Amy is an asset to Dreams.

From he minute I walked in to the store there was no pressure! Thankfully. The staff introduced themselves and I said I would let them know if I required assistance. When I did they were so helpful. I chose a bed and furniture - a bit concerned of height of bedside cabinet they moved it over beside the bed and put a lamp on it to let me see how it would look. Delighted with service.

Very friendly and efficient service I knew what I wanted and didn't want and Stacey understood this which made for a very smooth quick transaction. No hard sell which would have put me off.
