Gerard the sales assistant was most informative regarding the differences in products. Could not have managed without him! Plenty of time to test the mattresses also.

We received a very friendly welcome as soon as we entered the shop, Gerry helped us throughout our time there and we never felt pressured into buying anything. Gerry helped us decide what mattress we preferred and then what bed we liked before giving us an over all price.

Customer Service was excellent, Rachel our sales adviser was superb, the shop was due to close at 6pm but she remained until after 6.30pm to help and take our order and did not make us feel rushed in anyway to make a quick decision. She is an great ambassador for your sales team.

Staff knew exactly what I was looking for and he was very very helpful and his knowledge was great.

Store very clean and well set out. Staff attentive but not overpowering. Rachel, our server, took the time to assess our requirements direct us to suitable products, offered alternatives and helped us with disposal of outgoing bedding. Overall the experience was pleasant, well conducted and keenly priced.

Staff members in Clydebank on Sunday were helpful. Offered very useful advice and assistance but also when me and the wife were debating on what mattress to go for, tactically remover themselves so we could discuss. Our two boys under six were looked after and behave themselves whilst we were in the store for over two hours. The staff offered drinks and treated the boys to the massaging bed which they greatly enjoyed. A truly enjoyable experience.

Rachel was very professional without being intrusive. She obviously knew the products and explained in depth the contract policies. Was made very welcome without being too pushy for a sale. Was offered tea or coffee. Very pleased with customer service given

I was given very good information about the bed frame I was interested in but I was also given time to decide whether I wanted to go ahead and place the order without feeling rushed or pressurised.

Staff were great! Friendly, cheerfull and helped me find the right bed for my needs. Could not have asked for anything more, fantastic service.

Stacey explained and showed us all the different types of mattresses and bases available and nothing was to much trouble.
