Was a good experience. Staff were fruendly and helpful.

The Assistant Mark was very helpful , he was not pushy like other shop assistants.

The staff member Mark was friendly and helpful. He approached me and my partner as soon as we entered the shop and was on hand with information on what he thought we were looking for. He also gave us time to talk and think through what we wanted without putting pressure on us to buy. We were extremely happy with the service.

No pressure to buy, gave us the time we needed and the helpful information was there when we asked, could not have been any nicer. Tea and chocs on offer were a great treat to finish our day shopping.

We needed a new bed for our house after recently coming over from Australia. Gerry was highly knowledgeable in products within the store and took the time we needed to try out a number of different mattresses before narrowing it down to two. We then went away to think about our choice and went back to the store and again Gerry gave us some more details on each of the two mattresses we had on the short list. We paid a deposit and the whole process was very friendly and helpful. Many other stores that have the American custom of hassling customers and following them could take note: that type of practice is not needed. Staff just need to be friendly, honest and have the available information at hand without being pushy.

The staff memeber helped myself and my husband to make an in informed choice to help us better our quality of sleep. He was helpful and knowledgeable and im overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Whilst I was looking at bed frames the staff looked after my 4 and 6 year old. They had great fun exploring the store. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
