We had time to look round as Michael was already dealing with a customer, then he had plenty of informative advise as to which we listened very carefully. This resulted in our choice of mattress. The choice was varied so we were looking for help. Michael was very able and polite.

What a great assistant we had he was so knowledgeable and helpful with giving us time to look around in our own no pressure. Once he saw we where ready for information he appeared and sorted out all our questions. No problem with us asking Non stop question he knew the answer in a positive why. It was so easy and no embarrassment lying on the beds to try them out properly. Thanks so much for having a knowledgeable gentleman in the store with all the COVID rules many thanks

Very helpful and good product knowledge

Myself and my partner were highly satisfied with our visit to the Clydebank store and with Stevie, who provided excellent support and advice when we were looking to replace our mattress. Stevie spoke to us about the sleepmatic machine, which allowed us to specify the type of mattress that would be best for us. After deciding on the mattress, we were given a quick delivery schedule and also the option to uplift the old mattress, all at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends in the future.

As soon as we entered the store we were met by a lovely girl called stevie , we explained that we wanted a new mattress, she had brilliant Knowledge of all the mattress that wee tried , she was very pleasant and also helped us to pick pillows to suit us. Then when we went to the check out she explained all the cost to us delivery times etc all in all we had a great experience at Dreams .

Gerry was excellent. My son is autistic and without knowing this Gerry took time with him and helped him find his ideal bed in a friendly, professional manner. At no point did I feel pressured or harassed. Lewis enjoyed the experience and this is not something he will generally engage well with.

The staff were very helpful and informative about the products. Did not rush me. He took his time explaining about each mattress. Let me use the staff toilets and offered me cold water.

We were attended to by a woman called Stevie, she was wonderful. She listened to what we were looking for and our budget. She was very pleasant and helpful. Great experience thanks stevie!
