from the minute we walked into the store we were greeted by friendly staff and offered assistance who took the time to explain in great detail the difference of the products on offer.we were encouraged to try testing all the different types of mattresses to help choose which suited our needs and budget without overselling the products all together a very pleasant shopping experience even down to sitting doing the paperwork and and offerd a great cup of coffee. 10/10 to all the staff of dreams clydebank

Satisfied with everything about my whole experience in store

we had been I the store the day before and orderd a new bed .when we got home we reali9sed that we needed new cabinets to match we the bed so we went back to the store to see if they had anything to match the bed,a great big hats off to Gerry who when seeing us entering the store knew exactly why we were back and within minutes showed us a matching set of cabinets which we orderd

Mark was excellent and new how to keep the kids entertained whilst allowing us to try different mattresses. His knowledge is high and although he is ultimately selling us a bed, it didn't feel like a sales pitch. Credit to the company. Gerry was very knowledgeable too and willing to give advice where needed. I didn't purchase first time round and came back to Clydebank store purely down to the staff.

The product knowledge from the team, was superb. They were patient and supportive, giving input and opinion although not over-baring. Mark the Manager took care of my needs and even Nathan (who was only in his second week) was friendly, approachable and very helpful and polite.

We visited the Clydebank Store of Dreams on Boxing Day, the store was very busy but we didn't have to wait long to be seen and we informed the sales asst of our requirements and within 20 minutes we had everything done and sorted.

Our sales assistant Stacey was excellent. She was attentive to us immediately even whilst dealing with an earlier customer. She was highly informed of the stock in the shop and online. Stacey had the patience with our 5 year old who continually asked questions! We were offered coffee whilst she checked online for delivery dates/availability as this was a child's bed unit not in the shop. Overall our visit was very pleasant. Our order was placed and all details explained thoroughly to us. We also took the extra cover out to cover 8years! and free mattress cover. All excellent. With our thanks. Mr and Mrs Carnie.

Good staff

I was given advice on types of mattresses and asked to lie on each kind of mattress. I was treated with great patience as well as brilliant product knowledge. Mark was very informative and helped me choose.
