Dreams - Clydebank

I had a really bad experience at DREAMS not far from you but I found yourself on Google and made the trip to your store. I was met by a man named Gerry who was completely night and day from my experience in the other store. he gave me a fantastic price on my bed and mattress, he was friendly and willing to meet my requirements , nothing was a hassle for him . my experience was excellent he went the extra mile .

Visited on the Saturday just to view and returned on Sunday to place order. Staff remembered me and was helped with my purchase immediately and provided with coffee. Excellent service

I have been encouraging my father to change his bed to an adjustable type for some time due to issues he has with circulation and dizziness, he was reluctant to come along but was quickly put at ease by Gerry and soon realised the benefits that the new bed would have. He was also reassured that the new bed would be set up for him at home and the old bed would be removed.

We were greeted in-store by Gerry who took his time explaining various options on different beds/mattresses and special deals. He was very patient, friendly and professional and made our purchase of the double bed very straightforward.

The girl Stacy that dealt with us was absolutely brilliant very attentive really welcoming, explained everything to us and even asked if we wanted a coffee or tea x

the sale expert gave me a good selection to sho me and helped me get what i wanted while still staying in my budget.

Me and my partner are waiting for house keys with only a provisional move in date. We have recently visited the clydebank store and seen bedroom furniture that we liked. During the 1st visit, Gerry (staff) have answered all of our questions in regards to possible purchase of items and provided information that we haven't even considered. He was very helpful even after we mentioned that we might not finalise the purchase that day. After the 1st visit we agreed that items seen in dreams are of best quality in comparison to other items considered and good value for money. We returned to store after over a month and seen Gerry serving other customers. We wanted to complete the purchase with him as the service he provided us with on 1st visit was outstanding. Other staff members in the shop were very helpful while we waited for him and they have also been very understanding in regards to us wanting to complete the purchase with him. The store manager Mark have answered all of our questions while we waited on Gerry. The purchase experience itself was very easy and all aspects were clearly explained in detail. We were very happy with the customer service and the friendliness of all staff.
