My initial telephone inquiry was dealt with in a very helpful and professional manner and aided me to make the decision to visit the store to see what mattresses were available. Gerry, who offered to help us when we visited the store, was very informative and helped us to understand the different styles of mattress. We did not feel rushed into buying but felt confident about our choice and went ahead with the purchase. Gerry explained the delivery process and all the offers and conditions in a very clear manner - altogether a very pleasant experience....looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress.

The various options I had were fully explained to me in easy to understand language- no jargon. I was given ample time to decide and no pressure put on me. Felt I was listened to and my needs were being met.

Rachel was very friendly and helpful on arrival. She listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect mattress to suit us. Very informative, wasn't trying to push us towards anything. She was brilliant and will definitely be returning to the store to purchase our ottoman bedframe.

Gerald the person who looked after me during my visit was attentive and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me a number of mattresses that would suit my requests. He also showed me another bed which he thought I might like due to my responses after testing beds. I was offered a cup of tea and made to feel at ease while I made a decision on the mattress I wanted. I never at any time felt rushed or uneasy which allowed me to test and retest until I was satisfied with my choice. Once I made my choice he informed me about removal of old mattress, insurance cover, mattress protection, duvets and pillows which I took (except the duvet). This has made me feel at ease because I know if I have made the wrong choice I have up to 40 days to change my mind and choose another mattress.

Staff were readily available & were friendly, helpful & patient while we chose our mattresses.
