The store manager Mark seveved me and was extremley helpful and knowledgeable. He was an excellent ambassador for Dreams and based on my interaction with him I would recommend Dreams to others and return in future for my next mattress.

No hard sale attitude which from a customer perspective is ideal.

I was highly satisfied with everything at Dreams Clydebank. Firstly the staff were very knowledgeable, very helpful and left me to try all the mattresses I felt that I wanted to. As soon as I asked a question they were there with a considered answer and then they would leave me to it again. They were not overbearing at all. All of the staff were friendly. I visited the same shop 4 times before making a purchase and on each occasion they were as helpful as the first. I also visited another supplier who gave me wrong information about a mattress. The difference was enough to ensure I returned to Dreams Clydebank. They are an excellent team. I will be back to purchase other items of bedding. Very importantly they are knowledgable, trained and understanding.
