Gerry was very knowledgeable, took the time to understand what me and my partner both wanted and talked us through the benefits of several types of mattresses that would work for both of us. When we picked what we wanted he sorted out our order quickly and was clear about delivery times etc. He was a pleasure to deal with.

We went to 2 other bed shops. Archers just looked cheap quality. Dreams and Benson's it was different experiences with better quality stock. Walking into Dreams the staff didn't pounce on us straight away, they let us browse before asking if we needed help. Comparing to Benson's, the staff member knew his stuff, it was forced and too quick. Benson's building was so warm that I couldn't think, so we left and went back to Dreams as it was natural, friendly, on our own time and not in a furnace. Stevie, the sales assistant in Dreams didn't push us into anything. Once we selected the bed we wanted she then advised on the optional add ons, IE recommending which protectors went well with the mattress we picked. On a covid sense, Stevie gave us pillows to try for the mattress which had paper roll on top and the screen was in place at the desk. The difference between Stevie's sales pitch and Benson's was hers was at the end and friendly whereas his was forced and too much information whereas Stevie gave us the information required.
