I bought a bed from dreams before last year. I was very happy with the service and the product. I would definitly go back again and highly recommend it.

The gentleman who severed me, was very helpful, giving me plenty of time to try the products, and, recommending other items based on my decisions.

Easy to choose item in and out in no time friendly staff

I was made welcome on entering the shop. The assistant was very polite and helpful and as I was undecided as to what/which type of bed I wanted she showed all options and we then narrowed it down to 2 or 3. I asked ‘a lot’ of questions to which I was given the answers which then helped me to decide on the bed I wanted.

Mark store manager dealt with myself and my girlfriend. We Just bought our first new home so our knowledge is very limited when it comes to buying beds and mattresses. We had a quick look around the store and Mark approached us, welcomed us to the store and offered his help as well as offering us tea. He gave his honest opinion on the beds we liked and told us about the qualities and features of the bed. I then said I would need a mattress and Mark took us over to see all the different types available. He let us try each bed, and explained in depth with a wealth of knowledge of each type of mattress. So Mark helped guide us to pick our favourite type. Overall we where very impressed with Marks service and knowledge on the products we purchased, he also was good fun and wasn’t pushy. My husband and I have just returned from Canada and have purchased a flat in Bearsden. We really needed to purchase a bed before moving into the flat which takes place within a week. Nathan our Dreams Colleague played a vital part and is an excellent sales person. He managed to make everything happen and we will certainly deal with him and your company again in the future. We will also pass on how greatly we were received by this company to other friends. As far as we are concerned Nathan deserves 100% credit for this transaction. Our assistant Stacey was lovely. When I went in I told her what I was looking for and she took us straight to the relevant products and gave us all the information we needed, material, price etc. She was very helpful and patient while we debated the choices she gave us. We also had a chat and a bit of a laugh with her - a small thing but it makes a world of difference. We enjoyed our visit there and look forward to receiving our purchase.

Delivery arrangements to Ross-shire no problem. Extra bag for mattress supplied on request as bed and mattress have to be transported by open boat.

Mark the assistant who dealt with our requirements was very knowledgeable on the product very helpful and cheerful we were even offered tea, coffee or water to drink as soon as we entered the store.
