The staff were very welcoming not pushy. Explained the mattresses well and ensured plenty time to decide which one suited. Sales member Lesley was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We only went in for a bed but the assistant was so helpful we bought all of our bedding and pillows etc. from him

The staff were at all times: Attentive Friendly Understanding Kind Knew the products Able to answer all questions Able to demonstrate Was a very pleasant visit. I have purchased from Dreams before and due to my previous good experience came back. I will do so in the future.

My knowledge of beds and bedding is slightly higher than zero, so I looked for a sales person who appeared to have the wealth of information I required. I believe I made the correct choice in Stacy she was extremely helpful honest and knolagable, and helped me to make the correct decisions based on what I hoped to achieve.

We were looking for an ottoman bed, we told the assistant what we were looking for and he directed us, told us prices and was very attentive.
