It was a very easy process as the person helping us had amazing knowledge of all the mattress's, we weren't shown too many which would have made it overcomplicated!

We were greeted very courteously by Nathan who gave us comprehensive description of the mattresses available and left us alone to decide what was best for us. During our deliberations Nathan provided further information as was required. The layout of the store made sampling and selecting the mattress easy.

I was Highly satisfied with my experience as Lesley was extremely helpfull and was able to help me choose the perfect mattress.

Found staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable Staff were with customers when we came so had to wait a while to be served. That was the only issue we encountered

Having visited another named bed store in which I felt I was being pressured to buy, I was more satisfied by the way Lesley dealt with me. No pressure and she went away and left us to think about our decision. Much nicer shopping experience.

Customer service great, was so quick and easy once we had made a decision on which products we liked, to place order and arrange collection and delivery.

Sales assistants were welcoming and friendly and manage to help us get a mattress at a reasonable price and kept us within our budget
