Dreams - Clydebank

I was advised by a member of staff called Nathan, he was extremely helpful and fully explained my options when I was trying to select a new mattress, and now I hopefully have one that does the job. All staff on site were very friendly and helpful, and I was offered a cup of coffee that was pretty decent too, if I have any problems I wouldn't hesitate to contact site for advice.

I thoughirily enjoyed my bed shopping experience at Dreams Clydebank. Staff were friendly ans could not.do.enough to help... So far a stress free experience ( order yet to arrive )

Excellent service

Went to ckydebank store the lady assistant Leslie made us very welcome explained everything was very polite and we were not put under any pressure to buy anythinng. A very nice person and a great asset to your company would recommend friends etc to go to her if wanting to purchase any products as she goes out her way to help

Staff friendly on arrival and let us browse on our own. When we started to look closer at the ottoman style of bed we were looking for, a member of staff approached and explained the pricing and availability of this style of bed. He was very helpful explaining about the different colours the beds were available in as well as matching headboards and explained the different types of mattresses available. We then had another look on our own and were not under any pressure at all

Our server was Lesley and she could not be more helpful and informative. She made the process easy and enjoyable!

The sales lady was exceptional, not intrusive like a lot of sales people,just friendly and informative. Lesley was patient and took us through the bed zone to determine the bed most suitable to us - if only all sales staff worked the way she did!!! Outstanding. Lesley also provided us with a coffee which was lovely, there was not harsh sales pitch, her knowledge of her products however gave us the information to have, hopefully made the right choice of mattress to suit our needs. You have a very special lady working for you, i hope you look after her.

Explained a product I had seen online. Dreams colleague found it online quickly then located in store quickly.

The Sales assistant was attentative but not pushy , he was very knowledgeable but without throwing too many facts and figures and bamboozling us . He gave us the important information and gave us time to consider. We had even left the shop talked it over and were that impressed that we cam e back in and bought the items we were looking for . Had a very good experience and would gladly tell everybody about it

When entering the store we where welcomed by Lesley very relaxed and friendly manor. We walked around the shop freely which a like very much when we found our bed frame , lesley made myself tea and my husband a bottle of water. Lesley made the matterss test very easy to understand and was chatty.
