The sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable about the products, he offered help and advice regarding our choice of products, in fact nothing was too much trouble for him.

Attentive staff who were friendly and helped me talk through the items and also helped me when I changed my mind about an item part way through the shop.

We were attended to by the customet serviceman called Nathen who was as helpfull as we could have wished for from offering coffee to providing a pillow to test several matterres, he also explained the cost and deliveriy very clearly very helpfull young man.
