Great customer service from Gerry at the Clydebank store. He approached me quickly when he noticed I needed help, he knew exactly what bed I was talking about. Put it up on the big screen for me to see. Knew what mattress I wanted having looked at my previous order 5 years ago. Very friendly and couldn’t have done more for me!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the dreams store in Clydebank the member of staff who was called Gerry was great in explaining all about the goods we were buying he gave me all the information that I needed. He was great explaining about the delivery times and insurance and about getting the beds built on arrival to my house. I felt very at ease in the store he wasn’t being pushy and putting pressure on me which I find happens in a lot of other stores. Oh and he makes a great cup of tea which was greatly appreciated.

When we first entered the store all three members of staff said hi. We were allowed to browse before being approached by Gerry. Gerry explained the different mattress options and explained the color scheme that dreams used for each type of mattress. This made our choice very easy. Gerry helped us out and gave us great deal when we finally choose our mattress and bed. We had our 2 year old son in with us and again all members of staff were interacting with him and weren't bothered by him running about, which was really nice as it made us feel welcome. At no point did my wife and I feel pressurised to purchase our products. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff is what helped make our mind up.

Lovely lady helped us, made us laugh, feel comfy and knew her stuff. She successfully upsold us several products and educated us well on how we could sleep better. She was kind and professional and we went home happy.

we were served by Nathan who was so friendly; he showed us the range of options and then left us to wander ourselves which we appreciated. He then was very helpful in helping our decision. Great customer service from all of his colleagues too.

I was immediately welcomed on entering the store by Lesley who asked if I would like tea or coffee while I browsed, or had I come in for something specific. I had already browsed the website and knew what I wanted although my choices were not set in concrete. Lesley and I discussed my preferences and offered a number of alternatives from a wide range of possibilities which, in the end, I went with. Lesley’s product knowledge was exemplary, knowing instinctively what I was looking for. I was quite specific and, with patience, Lesley guided me to a final decision. At the ordering stage, Lesley took me step by step through the process, explaining the procedure and offering delivery choices. She explained the guarantee, after sales service, and the excellent range of other sleep products in store. All in all, an first class retail experience. Thank you, Lesley
