I was very happy with the customer service I received. I felt the staff members were very welcoming and attentive to my needs. I am thankful for their time and understanding in my needs and what I was looking for in a bed. I appreciate everything they done for me in finding the right bed mattress and of course I had to have the headboard to match. Fabulous deal from a fabulous team. Thank you

Was made feel at ease and didn't feel under pleasure to buy offered coffee well I looked at products and Heather was very helpful along with mark would recommend Clydebank store to family and friends.

The assistant was extremely helpfully and have shopped in Dreams last year bought 2 beds and mattresses would not go anywhere else as find yous good value and very satisfied with everything overall

Due a recent change in circumstances I had to get a good mattress for my back. The 1st store i went to was Dreams in Clydebank and was met by Lesley. I explained my situation and what my budget was and she was amazing. Explained each mattress to me, tried a few out with a lovely pillow Lesley had given me and she even took the time to show my 6 year old son how mattresses worked with the samples she had and the different beds. We were offered tea/coffe or water while we talked through different options which i think is a lovely thing to do for customers, you dont get that in any store i have been to. Lesley showed.my son the colouring in area and that kept him happy. Everything from start to finish was excellent, Lesley was great and went above and beyond! I am can not wait to get my new mattress. I will certainly be back to see Lesley again when I move house.
