Maria was very patient and explained the dreams machine process to us. She is very knowledgable and friendly, she ticks all the boxes for a sales assistant.

The Sales experience was of an exceptional standard. Lots of product information and no pressure selling. Perfect.

We had popped into store after work with to expectations to have a look round really as we normally would order online but wanted to see prior to buying. Maria in the Kettering store offered her help but we said we was just looking. I had seen two mattresses online but couldn’t find one in store so I approached Maria, although this one wasn’t in store she showed me one which would be similar. I then asked for a bit of advise and the answered all of our questions, she was approachable and friendly and certainly a credit to your company. I was not planning on purchasing anything in store as I dislike the pressure and pushiness I’ve experienced in the past regarding getting a sale, but Maria but herself in our shoes, stuck to the budget and gave the best advice! I really do appreciate all her help!

Great range of products to veiw and try, extremely help staff member, Maria was welcoming, helpful and knowledge, took time to walk us through all the options and use the bed recommendation set up. Maria Informed us of all our options for purchasing, delivery, cover and extras we might need. She was quick and efficient with sorting our order out after we had made out final decision. Very satisfied with our purchase so far and know all our options should we need to exchange after we've received our mattress. Great service!

Very good service

We went in looking to purchase a high quality mattress suited to our needs. We used a machine to test our needs, found an environmentally friendly mattress that felt very comfortable. Our member of staff helped us through the entire process.

The young man who helped us was very informative, he was useful and also made us laugh a few times. Overall he made the experience very enjoyable.
