We had total attention all the time in the store and were given all the information we needed.

We were very pleased with how we were treated from lying on the test bed to purchasing our bed. The assistent was very helpful the only down side is we have paid for it but haven’t received it yet. Delivery date is March 16 2022 Yours Truly Mr. Mrs .Bosworth .

The sales assistant was great made me feel very safe and listened to what i was looking for. Very knowledgeable and delivered what i wonted on the day and me and my wife will be back next month to buy a second mattress thank you for a great shopping experience in these trying times

Lisa at the Kettering branch met us when we walked into the shop with a warm and lovely smile/appearance. She asked us if we needed any help and we advised her that we were looking a few options on mattresses. She took us to the two mattresses that we were interested and explained the advantages of both. There was a £400 difference between the two and asked if there was any further discount on the more expensive mattress as Lisa advised that for our needs the more expensive was the best choice. Lisa came back to advise that she could take £100 off the price, that the delivery time would only be a week and that she could thrown in 4x free pillows and discount for a cover sheet. When we decided to go for the purchase, Lisa kindly offered and made a lovely "cuppa" tea and went through the various payment options which was great to have a choice on! She also advised on taking the 8 year warranty as it offered piece of mind which we decided to take as well. The overall experience from start to finish was brilliant! We were recommended by friends to buy from Dreams and we will certainly recommend our friends to buy from Dreams too! Great service and great product! Thanks Lisa!

Helpful and patient sales assistant Vivek. We took a long time to decide on the right mattress for us and he was patient and kind towards us and our indecisiveness. He even moved the mattress to another base so we could compare with ours at home ..

The sales assistant Maria was very knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in. She wasn't at all pushy in her approach to explaining the benefits of the goods we purchased...the top quality mattress and pillows.it was a very pleasing shopping experience.
