The social distancing and measures that have been put in place was clear and we'll translated to customers. Elliot at Kettering store was knowledgeable and help us find our perfect mattress and I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for a new bed or mattress

Your staff member know as Wendy was very knowledgeable on your products and was not pushy in anyway which was nice to see. The older gentleman who greated us at the door was informative and explained the changes of how the store worked during Covid 19 out break. The new 3D scanner and bed equipment was very impressive and selected the exact mattress first time. The other staff members were very welcoming.

Elliot the assistant was courteous,not pushy and answered all questions. I did not feel pressured to buy at all. provisions for safety was excellent.well done Elliot ,9
