Wendy at the Kettering store was excellent. She listened to our needs and expertly identified the style of mattress we would be interested in I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience and found myself wanting to buy a product because of her sales ability. The service was so good we ended up buying many other products such as a bed frame, pillows and topper. I wanted to spend around £600. Due to Wendy I spent £2700. She was excellent

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Please that I was able to choose and look around without any pressure to buy. The store was covid-19 safe and the only down side was the delivery’s date as I was hoping for sooner but understand that due to covid-19 we are living in strange times.
