Member of staff was friendly, helpful and professional

Although it was Dan's first week of working for Dreams he was confident, helpful and knowledgeable; on the couple of occasions he wasn't sure his colleague Maria helped him but didn't take over or make him (or me) feel uncomfortable. He was very patient as I tried the beds and took my time to make a decision; I normally take forever to decide and end up doubting my decision but not on this occasion. I didn't feel pressured to makeup my mind and the whole experience was a pleasure and although I spent a lot of money the whole experience went like a dream (pun intended 😉).

Wendy at the Kettering store was excellent. She listened to our needs and expertly identified the style of mattress we would be interested in I was very impressed with her knowledge and experience and found myself wanting to buy a product because of her sales ability. The service was so good we ended up buying many other products such as a bed frame, pillows and topper. I wanted to spend around £600. Due to Wendy I spent £2700. She was excellent
