I spent approx 3 hours in the Kettering Dreams store, being someone who has to be 100% satisfied before making a purchase. The store assistant was very helpful even though it was his 4th shift working there. We looked at various beds, I did like the bed with a tv because of the design and it was a ottoman (top half lifts open to give storage underneath); however decided to go with another bed for concerns. The new technology bed Is good that gives you mattress options after you have laid on it; it analyses you/sleep positions etc. After getting the mattress options I went and tried the mattresses, the store assistant was helpful in narrowing down 2 and I chose which one I wanted to go with.

I’m not even trying to suck up. I really only had 30mins free and I was only supposed to buy humous for my dad. The lady (I can’t remember her name) was lovely as soon as I walked in the store. Masked up and hands sanitised she didn’t even rush me she was efficient and I didn’t think I even cared about my mattress but she asked me questions and she wanted to make sure I had the right one because I’m a scaffolder and that. I also sit on my bed a bit and play Xbox and she said so did her daughter which ended up with me buying a bed with the extra support in the middle which I would end up sitting on when I play. But I did the machine thing and that was easy and we whittled it down to 3 and I was giving a good amount of time to choose out of the three and ended with the one with extra support. Farington or something. Paying was easy and clean and she was a laugh so yeah 10/10 top salesperson.
