From beginning to end my visit was brilliant, a lady named Wendy served me throughout the visit and she had such a lovely personality that I felt like I was with my Nan. She was knowledgeable, understanding and listened to my needs. She explained everything as we went through trying different mattresses and pillows, she put us on the sleep motion to determine what suits us best. She offered us water twice during our visit and was overal attentive. She was aware that I am pregnant and again took this in her approach with dealing with us. Very happy.
