The staff were very friendly and helpful with my very specific needs due to a disability I have. They were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Even though the store was due to close they gave me time to try out the beds which I was very appreciative of.

Amrit quickly understood our needs and offered us a choice. My wife felt unwell and he got her a seat and a glass of cold water. It was close to closing time but he was calm and unhurried. We are pleased with our choice.

Amrit was very helpful and knew his stuff, the store was immaculately clean, and he understood my wife's health problems so was very patient, hopefully with the new bed we have purchased my wife should get a good nights sleep
