We visited the Kettering store. The staff were very kind and knowledgable. And speedy in processing are order. Excellent service.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable

This was the first time we had ever bought a bed, the one we currently had was a wedding present bought for us 21years ago!! We didn’t know what to expect, and the understanding of the staff was invaluable. When I wasn’t satisfied with a bed chosen for us we weren’t frowned upon, and the patience of our advisor was second to none.

Staff were very friendly but not overbearing. We were offered refreshments while we were there . Not all we wanted was in stock but were offered good alternatives

We found the staff to be helpful and cheerful which is always nice in these times

The service from Lisa in the Kettering store went above and beyond, she knows every thing about beds.

Staff member Maria Taylor was very helpful. Explained the differences between products to help me get what I was looking for, good discount in the sales and delivery inside 2 weeks was also cheaper than other shops I had visited.
