First visit when browsing was met by friendly colleague Maria who answered all questions I had. Second visit was to query delivery times etc. Had a very short wait and was again very happy with the assistance from Maria which resulted in me making the purchase.

Helped by Wendy, I managed to find the correct mattress to suit my current complex needs (bulging discs in my back) and was pleased to find one within my price range. The only downside was that the bed frame is on an 8 week delivery time, but we were able to split the mattress and bedframe order, thus allowing me to have the new mattress sooner than the frame. At least I can use that in my current bed frame until that arrives, which was great as my back issue means that I desperately need a new mattress.

The assessment of our needs using the bed set up for that purpose was useful (assuming it doesn't recommend the same thing for everyone!). Wendy the Dreams Colleague was very personable and knowledgeable without being pushy.
