I had booked an appointment on line but arrived early and staff were able to accommodate us . He was very patient and listened to what we were looking for and also asked us our budget at the start so could tailor mattresses to suit financially as well. The whole visit was calm, professional and in line with safety procedures.

Our assistant was very helpful without being a high pressure salesman.

The salesperson was very attentive to our needs. The whole experience was very pleasant and under COVID restrictions. We felt very happy with the service from entry until exiting the store. Would highly recommend this store for future visits.
