Dreams - Kettering

Lisa was fantastic - she was dealing with several people, but we felt looked after. The sleep machine that measured which mattress was best for us was really clever and helped us find what we were looking for quickly.

We went to the Dreams Store in Kettering and was greeted by a very friendly employee who explained to us how the process worked. Helped us find a reasonable pillow and provided a sanitary tissue for the pillow. We tried several bed she recommended based on our needs and we left purchasing a memory foam with a pillow top. She was so helpful and took all the time to let us know about the protection packages and different items we could get with our mattress.

Staff were friendly and not pushy. Was offered bed machine to find the right mattress for us, staff member Lisa showed us all our options then allowed us to talk it through without feeling pressurised.

Friendly helpful staff, not pushy with the sales pitch, very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and wanting to purchase from this shop.

Wendy the sales advisor was super, knowledgeable about the products but not pushy, taking time to explain the different benefits of each mattress and why they feel different. Was sold to in a way that was enjoyable and made it easy to make the purchase.

It was very relaxed and Dan couldn’t have been more helpful. We couldn’t have chosen a bed without him.

Store assistant very friendly and service was very quick and straightforward we visited the store with our 2 young children aged 2.5 years and 4 months so speed was needed. The assistant was friendly towards our son and us.
