Wendy who served us was very friendly and obviously knew the product/s, and explained everything thoroughly to us.

Excellent service opened the store for my mum and I to be first in the door. Very friendly from the start right through to where end knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Benchmarking bed and mattress prices and with the assistance and help from Dan we placed out order. Very smooth on ordering from start to end Thanks to Dan.

The lady who helped (Wendy) was extremely helpful, we weren't rushed at all, everything was explained and we were encouraged to try as many beds as we needed to to make the right decision, I can't praise Wendy highly enough, we were offered tea or coffee and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the store, we bought our previous mattress and bed from you many years ago so was very pleased to find we still had a Dreams store in the town, we made the decision to purchase there and then, the only downside was that when we got home we found the same bed online for £1,895.00 and 2 free pillows, I know that bed may not have had the cool cover but that would have been a considerable saving for us so that would be my only critisism

From entrance we were warmly welcomed by your staff member and she helped us to understand how mattresses are made and which one to look out for. We were asked to use your one of a kind machine to help with a choice which was nice. We were able to ask questions and spend enough time to make a decision. Wendy was super helpful and professional . We would definitely come back again.

First of all I was very impressed with the technology that checked what mattresses would be best for me. Then, Lisa spent a long time talking us through our options and helping us to find something we liked, within our budget. She was very patient, super friendly and well, a great salesperson as we spent much more than we thought we would! We'd come back to Dreams thanks to Lisa :)

Wendy was fantastic very helpful, not pushy and gave good advice and information. The store was clean and everyone polite and welcoming.

The store and the delivery staff were great. The bed and mattress were as ordered. Unfortunately I travelled back to the store to report a fault, where I was given the freephone number and spoke to customer services, (which was easy on a freephone number) because when I had released one of the drawers from its transit strap, the drawer released but would not fully return without rubbing hard against the chrome angle piece which was out of square. This would have resulted in damage to the fabric. The customer service assistant Leah was very well spoken, understood the problem and has arranged for a replacement base to be delivered and the original base to be collected at the same time. Quality control at the manufacturing stage would clearly have avoided this.
