The assistant was friendly and quick to understand what I was looking for. She went to a lot of trouble to make sure I was happy with the product I decided to buy, having advised me that what I was specifically looking for was not a product Dreams offered, and she took time to demonstrate how the sofa-bed I finally decided upon operated.

Time and care taken to ensure the mattress fitted our needs. Never felt rush or push into the purchase

The lady who dealt with us was excellent. Good level of knowledge but not pushy or hovering. Explained the layout and where she would be if/when we needed help of had a question. She was friendly and professional.

The lady who served us was fantastic very knowledge offered us a drink observed the social distancing and was of great help showing us the sleep machine and then matching us with our chosen mattress and some tempur pillows which we really liked!
