Very friendly and knowledgable staff and good choice of products

The assistant listened and showed us all the products relevant to what we was looking for and explained the differences, perks and disadvantages. Which enabled us to make the correct decision on the product whichwas right for us.

I received very professional advice, and help finding what I was looking for. And with the new machine it easily and quickly identified what we need, so we were done and sorted quickly

Swift and attentive service from Wendy. Informative without being pushy. Good product knowledge. And all done with a smile and sense of humour as we were there for at least two hours bouncing from bed to bed. Eventually narrowing it down to two bed types and three mattresses. .Thank goodness for "Sally " setting us on our way to a great nights sleep.

Wendy was very helpful. She guided us towards a suitable choice. She was friendly and very nice to deal with.

All staff were friendly and helpful especially Wendy who served. There was no pressure from Wendy to conclude a sale, if this were the case we would have walked out of the store. We were shown the products suitable for our needs then left alone and given time to make a decision.

Everything was explained to us by Darren and also gave us the freedom to test out the beds and discuss amongst ourselves without feeling pressured

Good, explained about an in house offer which saved us £100, and convinced us to make a purchase.

Micheal was very knowledgeable and helpful but not too pushy, he let us walk round after showing the best products to suit our needs, he tested our laying posture on the mattress technology then gave our colour code options. His manner certainly helped to secure the purchase.
