Dreams - Kettering

We went to find a specific item. We found what we wanted, had some advice from the assistant, and bought it!

Melanie was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not hurry us to make a choice. We tried all the beds including the new selector bed.

Greeted in store by Wendy. Asked us both if we would like to try there new motion computer bed to see what would be compatiable for us both of which we agreed. She then showed us those beds of which we did purchase and also offered us a hot drink whilst placing order. All in all Kettering Store very helpful.

Melanie listened to our requirements and fully understood our needs. Made us 2 cups of tea whilst deciding and sorting out payment. Very very friendly and knew a lot about all the mattresses we were looking at and the companies who made them. Not pushy at all but still made us want to buy, by really selling us the bed we wanted. Would 100% shop there again.

The friendliness and professionalism of a lovely lady called Wendy. She was very knowledgeable and judged our needs perfectly, even down to what pillow I would need. We also thought that the mattress machine was great.

We were met by a friendly, knowledgeable assistant called Wendy. Whilst we arrived with the intention of purchasing a mattress, having bought our existing mattress too many years ago from Dreams! We left the store very happy with the overall experience.

The customer service was very good. I was approached straight away when entering the Kettering store. The man working in the store was very helpful. I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend dreams.

We received good advise which helped us making a decision about which bed we needed. The system you have to indicate which beds where suitable for us both was very helpful.
