Dreams - Kettering

Wendy. Incredible service and a lovely person. First time I have shopped in a dreams store and will definitely suggest the Kettering store to friends and family. I was offered tea by Wendy, shown around the store and she explained the workings and layout of the store to me. The whole experience was very pleasent.

Wendy at the Kettering store was excellent nothing was too much trouble for her even when I was trying out lots of mattresses she was very patient and helpful,I would definitely recommend this store.

Wendy the sales assistant was so helpful with a a friendly manner, also her colleague who let me use the very clean toilet facilities. We enjoyed a cup of coffee whilst making up our minds

Wendy was amazing and pointed us towards the new machine that helped let you know which mattress was best. She then took us around the store pointing out different mattresses and what eachnone does.

Mel the lady that helped me choose was extremely helpful, took the time to listen and very friendly. The finance was all sorted really quickly Very happy

We felt from the first time we walked in the store we were treated how to do a very high standard made very welcome, we were giving time to look around offered drinks and will not under any pressure by the sales team
