We were greeted by Wendy immediately on entering the store and she took the time to find out exactly what our needs were.

We were served by Michael of the Kettering branch, who knew his product and was and was most helpful. A friendly and approachable person who is a credit to your team.

Staff were helpful and really friendly, gave delivery time & helped with choosing med/firm options . Really pleased with offers too♡

The assistant was attentive without being pushy and talked us through our purchase making us aware of special offers

I was served by Wendy in Kettering and she was so welcoming and really got to know my partner and I. I felt that we were valued customers and not once felt pressured into buying a mattress. Wendy really looked after us and was highly knowledgable. We were given pillows immediately and showed around all the beds that were on our form created through the perfect night sleep machine. I could not recommend Wendy highly enough. Thank you Wendy!

Melanie at the Kettering store was really fantastic and answered all my questions and made me feel like a V.I.P , working in a school meant I was hoping to get it delivered before I had to return and Melanie made that happen. The whole experience was stress free and easy. Thanks Dreams x

Wendy the assistant was very helpful and made process of buying the bed and mattress extremely easy; she gave me a very nice cup of tea and we had a friendly chat whilst going through the purchase process. All in all an excellent shopping experience

The Dreams assistant Wendy at the Kettering Dreams store was attentive showing lots of options and giving my husband and I plenty of time with each mattress. I also observed that Wendy was good at giving other shoppers and attention was given to them without the shopper feeling ignored. The use of the 'testing' mattress was well explained well and all options it suggested were explored. Wendy was very knowledgeable of all the products and about the Dreams company. We were not an easy couple to help as my husband has spinal injuries.

Wendy was very friendly and helpful during my visit. There was a wide range of products to choose from and I was able to find my perfect bed.
