The sales person was friendly but professional and had good product knowledge. She explained things and gave us sufficient time to try the beds, following being on the sleep machine. Once we decided she immediately checked and told us the delivery lead time. So a very satisfying experience. This was our first shopping excursion to replace our aged mattress.

I was glad we were approached by an older female sales person. My husband bolts at young or male sales people. She was sensitive enough to notice when to give info and when to leave alone. My husband is very easily put off by sales people and I’ve been trying for years to encourage him to have a Tempur mattress. If it wasn’t for her style and good nature, I can guarantee we would not have bought this mattress, simply because my husband is a really tough person to sell to.

After reading various reviews on line we decided to go to the store and see the Tempur range of mattresses as our old double divan needed replacing. We tried the various mattresses from soft, medium and firm and decided on the medium. The offer came with two free Tempur pillows which we could also select in soft or firm. We also had room for a king size bed which was the one we purchased with the medium mattress. Delivery is only going to take a week which we thought was very quick. The assistant was very friendly and helpful and we came out very satisfied with our purchase, we only hope it is as comfortable as every says they are.
