I asked to see a specific bed type and was shown all options with no pressure to buy any specific bed. Staff friendly and efficient,even offered coffee or tea.

Wendy who dealt with our order was highly knowledgeable and professional also she was friendly and informative

Staff member Wendy was very accommodating. After understanding our needs, and using the results of the sleep analyser, we were shown a variety of beds and mattresses which might be suitable. Knowledge of each model was very good and the sales approach was not pushy. We felt comfortable in the store, was given time alone to consider the options and felt welcomed.

We only went into the Kettering store to have a look but Wendy was so helpful and knowledgeable about what we was looking for we ended up buying a mattress and pillows there and then

When I telephoned regarding the product Michael said there was one in stock & where it was in the store, arriving at the store the product was there being greeted by a very nice friendly gentleman who introduced himself as Michael, he demonstrated & explained the working of the product which we purchased. His friendly, helpful and professional was of conducting the business is to be complimented

I can not remember the name of the lady who assisted me, I think it was Sally with Melanie being the other lady. So they were both very attentive, friendly helpful and genuinely nice. Made my experience of parting with £700 as painless as possible, so much so I even bought a £30 pillow.. Scott Lawson..
