The employee at the store was very helpful and experienced, I don't have his name but he was really helpful and straight to the point which is best for me. We used the machine to determine what type of mattress I would suit but he knew what kind of mattress I would want before and even guessed my weight! He understood my lack of knowledge but didn't use it to his advantage and instead let me take my own time to research and I ended up coming back and buying the mattress anyway.

The customer service was great wendy listened to our problems with are old bed and then put on a bed that measured are sleep pattern then told us what we needed and which beds to test wendy explained well the different types of build up in the mattresses which was good overall I was highly satisfied with my expectations at dreams thank you

My husband and i were greeted by Mandy when we entered the store. She was polite, friendly and really listened to what we were looking for. We had only intended to buy one bed but we were so impressed we bought two and would shop here again in the future. I am not sure how you recognize your outstanding staff but Mandy is certainly a credit to your store. Nothing was too much trouble.

Wendy approached me as soon as I walked through the doors and greeted me with a friendly smile. She asked if I had seen anything I liked from research and when I showed her what I was looking for she immediately found this and made me try it out. She also got me to try a few more out first before I made my decision. She was really friendly and helpful

Wendy greeted us with a friendly manner. She put us at ease straight away. Wendy guided us through the assessment bed. We were both given two types of pillow to try on the recommended beds
