The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, we had a budget and came away with what we wanted.

Excellent service from wendy instore

We went to the Dreams store in Kettering. All staff were very helpful but Wendy was exceptional as she was patient, very knowledgeable and was pushing my son around the store in his buggy whilst we tried the beds! Would definitely recommend.

Although the bed I wanted is no t in store and has to be made to order a Michael was very helpful explaining everything about the bed and mattress and the delivery time and also fully explained the home assembly option.

Staff were knowledgeable about the product . We were the only customers in the store so we had full un rushed attention . We tried all the beds advised by the wonderful machine we laid on to get the recommended mattress and offered a pillow to aid comfort . Tea and coffee were offered . We were advised about washing cover and upkeep of mattress . Friendly staff who met us with a smiling face

Wendy the sales assistant was very knowledgable and explained everything very well which made the visit to purchase our matress very easy. We were also very pleased with the quality of the matress and are looking forward to sleeping on it. We will be returning soon to purchase a new headboard when our bedroom refurbishment is completed. The gentleman who sorted our new bed was brilliant - didn’t upsell, just got to the point - I mean we ended up spending 3k on the top mattress and bed, that said the sales guy, I want to say his name was Micheal, was fab, with our 1 year old he was great, with my back issues he was medically fab at suggesting the right bed, and just an all round lovely bloke too!

We popped into our local Dreams looking for a new mattress and immediately on entering we were made to feel welcome by Michael and invited to try out “Sleepmatch”. We walked round the store trying a few of our matches until we ultimately found ‘the one’! The whole experience was very pleasant and we are now counting down the days until our new mattress arrives!!

Maria was very helpful and friendly, explained everything and could answer our questions.
