I didn't know too much about the exact product I required but I was soon helped by a very knowledgeable sales person,Nevillle. He showed me six or seven mattresses which would be suitable for the Riser bed which I already have. I was encouraged to spend sometime trying the two which I felt suited me best as I have multiple joint problems.I was even given a cup of coffee whilst I decided on my final choice. The filling in of bank details etc and deciding on date of delivery was completed quickly. I was pleased to find that there is a 30 day chance to try the bed and able to exchange for another if I am not happy with the comfort.. I would recommend Neville any day.

Everything went smoothly

Wendy from Kettering store was absolutely amazing. Greeted us as soon as we entered the store helped us with what we were looking for.very very knowledgeable and got us to test lots of the tempur mattresses before we decided. Nothing was too difficult and she made us feel very comfortable. No hard sell knew her stuff hence we purchased this product to go with our new bed frame and mattress. I returned to the store today to purchase these bedside tables and went straight to Wendy again. Hopefully will be able to return soon to buy new bed for our grandson Thank you Dreams and Wendy

The assistant serving us ( Maria ) impressed us greatly with her product knowledge and her total willingness to ensure that we purchased the mattresses best suited to our requirements.All in all a pleasant and profitable experience.

Nice store very friendly staff

I went to store with aim of an ottoman bed but came out with drawers - due to husband and the material finish of the bed. I woke the next day regretting my decision and we went back to store where they kindly changed the order to the one I originally wanted. Customer service with Wendy was very pleasant & friendly.

Very easy and no time wasting

The service from the assistant was the best we have had from any shop his knowledge was first class .and did not rush us into making a sale . Also I think he came from the Coventry shop please pass on our thank to him .10 out of 10 thank Kevin.
