From the moment my husband and I entered your store I knew we had come to the right place. When we laid down on our bed of choice I could have fallen asleep straight away. After such a long time of feeling anxious about going to bed with thoughts of another restless night on a hard and uncomfortable bed, I will just worry now about getting up for work the next morning as I will want to spend all day snuggled up in our comfy new bed ! As the song goes “Sweet dreams are made of this” and today my dreams have come true.

The colleague Wendy was extremely helpful, giving us plenty of time to make our mind up alongside making useful suggestions as to beds to try.

By using the Dreams screen technology I was advised of the type of mattress that would suit my body shape and Maria helped me to find the right ones to try. I have, back, knee and ankle problems which meant it took a while to find my ideal mattress but at no time did I feel hurried or under any pressure to make my decision.

We were informed on all the technology with the mattresses and it helped make an informed decision.

Maria, was very helpful and friendly to myself and my family during my visit to the store.

We walked in and were very quickly approached by an assistant who then directed us to Michael, Michael took me to the mattress test immediately and then let me try each recommended mattress for comfort, he then offered us a glass of water as it was extremely hot whilst waiting for an assistant to process our order. Maria helped us with our order and delivery was the following Saturday which was extremely fast. Both employees were kind, patient and very polite, I will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues
