The staff are highly knowledgable and attentive and helped us in all our needs.

From entering the store staff made themselves available to help me, I was just browsing comparing prices (I had already visited 2 other stores that sold the item I was looking for) when I was ready a member of staff then explained to me about the product I was considering. Very helpful not pushy, I was allowed plenty of time to make my mind up, all this taken on board I decided then this was the item for me and placed my order.

Wendy spent just the right amount of time with us and knew when to go away and when we had made a decision she knew to come back. It was just right and not the hard sell which my husband & I do not like. Well done Wendy

We went in to dreams looking for a new mattress, that was all the information we had. MICHAEL was incredibly attentive, knowledgable and kind. He let us use the sleep match machine to get a better idea of what we were looking for which was fab, he explained everything as we used the machine. Michael pointed us in the direction of all the options that would suit us best, he was full of information about each product. He allowed us space to choose ourselves and test each mattress out. The whole time we were in store he was amazing with our 3 year old daughter (huge thumbs up). We decided which mattress that we wanted and the order was placed quickly and easily. Overall A*** for customer service!
