Assistant was very helpful and accommodated us no problem

We were well advised on the best product that would suit my husband and myself, and no pressure into buying anything, he listened to what we commented on, and endeavoured to find a solution to what we were looking for. His knowledge was good for the products that we tried, and felt confident in the final purchase, although still to receive the product, but reassured by the 100 day trial before we fully commit to the new mattress.

Was looking for a specific product but this was not available. Michelle showed us an alternative in same price range which we decided to buy instead of waiting for the other to be ordered.

Whilst visiting the store. The gentleman we seen called James was very friendly and his knowledge of the mattress we bought was second to none. We were even offered tea and coffees which was a nice touch. Would recommend dreams to everyone

I was given full attention by Melissa and James for all my needs, coffee was offered which is a really nice touch All in all I like the personal touch , in this computer age

The assistant talked about the beds we looked at and said what the difference was. There was lots of choice and we did not feel under pressure for time or to buy.

James, the member of staff was extremely informative and helpful. I do not like being pestered whilst I am shopping but James showed the perfect amount of attentiveness. He left us alone without being a nuisance and yet was instantly on hand to provide assistance and very good help and advice. If I had been the kind of shopper that required undivided attention, I am sure that James would have obliged. A perfect shopping experience. Thankyou.

James was more than helpful, courteous and friendly both on our initial inquiries at the store to purchasing a few weeks later. He was very knowledgeable and approachable.

THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL.I WAS GIVEN A CUP OF COFFEE AND MY WIFE A BOTTLE OF WATER.WE WERE NOT RUSHED AND WERE GIVEN AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEEDED TO TRY THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATTRESS.WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

We were looking for a bed to help ease the pain my partner has with her back. The member of staff was very helpful and although it was very expensive i'm very confident with his help we managed to find a suitable mattress.We had to take our kids into the shop which can be quite challenging because of their age but the staff were very accommodating. I also had to take my son to the bathroom in the store which was spotless.
