Dreams - Dumfries

We were treated with respect and courtesy by all staff in the shop during our visit. We did not feel we were under pressure to buy or choose a bed, which we much prefer; to a hard sell. The manager explained what we would need to do to care for the bed we bought. He discussed the delivery procedure clearly. All in all Dreams should be proud of these members of staff. When we left the store we contacted our son, as we knew he wanted a new bed, and he and his wife bought one too, following our recommendations.

When we arrived we were given full explanation of covid safety rules and offered help on choosing a product we used the computerised bed that was fully explained to us by Deirdre the assistant who was extremely helpful and friendly and guided us through the products promptly and wasn't pushy gave us time to consider and was patient

Derdrie and her team at dumfries went out if there way to help me find a replacement bed Very professional and helpful given lovely cold bottles of water on a very hot day Thank you

The assistant was very knowledgeable and took great care with us as my wife has severe arthritis, it is sometimes difficult for her to move easily and the assistant was very patient
