My husband and I went into the Dumfries store to look for a new mattress and since I suffer with a very painful back condition we were looking for something specific. The salesman James was very helpful and explained fully the different types of mattress that would meet our needs. We were not rushed at all and several times we were offered refreshments by several members of staff. James was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose a Tempur hybrid mattress and two Tempur pillows. I am sure that we will be very satisfied with our purchase when it is delivered but feel very reassured that if for any reason we are not happy with it we will be able to change it after 40 days.

We were looking for a new king size mattress and have back problems so knew we wanted a good quality mattress. James approached us as soon as we entered the store and was helpful and had good product knowledge. We also ended up buying a pillow to help support the neck whilst sleeping.

I expected it to take longer and cost more, but Melissa was very polite, helpful and friendly and helped me to a satisfactory, efficient transaction.

Good choice within the store, given time to try different beds, staff assisted when required.
