Dreams - Dumfries

On arrival Chris immediately offered us any help we needed. He was totally brilliant in all he knew and guided us through everything so that we got exactly what we wanted - very professional. James also aided us along with Chris - both very helpful and very pleasant, we were totally satisfied on leaving the store.

On entering the Dream store Melissa greeted me and my husband with a smile and offered her assistance , she was well informed and gave us all the information we needed , she also offered a coffee which we declined as we were only having a look at this visit . Melissa then talked us through all the beds we were interested in and on the info we received we decide on the tempur mattress and we even get a 30 day trial due my husband preferring this mattress and i a different one, on looking at our visit we made a purchase and left the store quite happy .

I was nervous about going to a bed store as I expected pushy sales staff hovering around and giving me no privacy to try the beds. I even wrote about this anxiety in my online blog. I had a bad experience years ago buying a bed elsewhere. But Dreams in Dumfries was a great experience. The two staff there were friendly, helpful and approachable yet not overbearing. I'm a retail customer service assessor and was impressed by Chris' style of service. He's a credit to your company. I've already followed up my experience today in my blog. It was actually an enjoyable, interesting experience. Nice one Dreams Dumfries.

Chris and Phil were very good in telling me about all the beds I was looking for. They offered us drinks and Phil came all the way from Dumfries to Annan with the pillow I paid for but forgot to pick up.

I just called in whilst passing, but was approached by a really professional salesman who was friendly, informative, patient, very experienced and not pushy at all. I ended up spending nearly £1400.00 which was largely due to the salesman's excellent assistance.

Very helpful assistants,who answered all our questions,were friendly and allowed us the time to consider our purchase.

As this was my first visit to a dreams store I was surprised to see the huge selection on display. The staff I found to be very helpful and friendly as I was not sure about the adjustable beds I was looking for the bed was demonstrated and put any doubt I had about purchasing a n adjustable bed.as far as store goes I found it to be very bright and very friendly. Thanks for all your help.

Easy transaction, store clearly laid out in colour coded way was helpful. Assistant explained layout and colour coding system so we could browse easily.

Chris had a great deal of knowledge regarding what kind of mattress would suit my disabled husband. He did not rush us in any way, we are both in our 70's, he let us take our time and answered any questions we put to him.

The assistant was very helpful, knew what he was talking about, explained the different types of mattresses.
