I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Christopher he introduced himself well (sadly retired now ) . He asked what I was looking for and my price range we talked about this and he took me round off the beds which fitted what I described and the prices of what I was willing to spend. He spent one hour going over everything with me and also let me take my time when deciding on mattress' and headboards. He offered me a cup of tea or coffee and a chocolate which was rather lovely. I was extremely happy with the service I received.

Was at other stores before and after visiting dreams but returned to dreams. Shop assistant was brilliant Dumfries store.

We received an excellent level of interaction with James, without feeling pressurised at any time. From the moment we entered the store, to explaining products, getting prices, ensuring we were offered a drink, selecting the most appropriate mattress, pillows, duvet and furniture to go with our new bed. He also explained the value in taking out mattress protection.

Very happy with the service. Didn't feel rushed at all. Chris even moved the mattress we liked onto a different base so we could tell the difference of comfort, as we told him we had a solid based bed at home. Was also very impressed with the return service so we could change the mattress if we weren't satisfied with the comfort. Overall very happy,would definitely use the store again.
