Dreams - Dumfries

Melissa served us in the Dumfries branch today. She acknowledged us straight away and welcomed us in the store. We were offered a tea or coffee which we were most surprised at and would have accepted if we had not been on a tight timescale today. She identified our needs by asking relevant questions. We were offered additional products and insurance, although we declined it was nice to be informed of our options. Melissa was friendly, helpful and efficient and a great ambassador for your company.

James is a friendly , informative and knowledgeable young man. Put me at ease immediately . Greeted me with quiet confidence. On selecting my bed he offered me a pillow to try the bed and also offered a nice refreshment.we discussed mattress protector but i already have these. Delivery discussed, no problems , build up of bed and rubbish disposal, o problem. All in all a very pleasurable experience. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Just that the staff were extremely helpful without being to overbearing about buying and there knowledge was a big factor in what I bought. Whole experience was really enjoyable

I was swiftly met with a very friendly member of staff (Connor). He welcomed me and acknowledged my two children pleasantly. I explained what I was looking for and he was able to point me in the right direction straight away and offered information about the product and our intended use. He also offered an alternative based on my questions. He knew his way round the store and was able to take me immediately to the products he referenced. His processing of my order was quick and easy and he continued to be friendly.
