The shop assistant Melissa met us in a friendly and inviting manner. she had a very good knowledge of the products and explained the various options in detail. Melissa is the very type of person I would like to employ in my business. This is what made the shopping experience pleasant.

We were highly satisfied with our visit to dreams because we were welcomes with a very lovely assistant (Melissa), she asked what we were looking for, after making us a coffee :) told us a bit about the furniture, and showed us which best mattress to choose that suited us, gave us a great discount, free mattress cover and pillows,delivery,and fitting. We came our very pleased and excited and will tell everyone what a great shop a great buy we got.
